It is our mission to teach our youth participants the fundamentals of football and cheer, to practice the ideals of good sportsmanship, scholarship and physical fitness. This will raise each player’s personal confidence, develop their compassion for others and provide them opportunities to take pride in their achievements.

Our Teams
Flag Cheer (Competitive)
Introductory program that teaches the FUNdamentals of cheer with a focus on safety, sideline cheers, jumps, arm motions and simple choreography.
- Grades K & 1
- No experience necessary
- Exhibition will be held at the end of the season to showcase all of their new skills
Flag Cheer (Non-Competitive)
New in 2024! This non-competitive cheer option is tailored for cheerleaders in grades K through 5th grade. This is an opportunity for participants to learn sideline cheers while learning to develop motions & jumps. Cheerleaders will practice once a week and perform a halftime routine during flag football games. This is also a good fit for those who are not quite ready for competitions. This option is a great way to build confidence while working on their skills!
NEW for Spring 2026 All Girls Flag Football
We’re excited to introduce an all-girls flag football program designed for both girls who are brand new to the game and those who already have flag football experience. Our focus is on skill development, confidence, teamwork, and fun in a supportive environment.
Who can play:
Girls currently in 3rd–6th grade
Players will be grouped by age: 3rd/4th grade and 5th/6th grade
Program details:
• Two practices per week with games on the weekend
• Practices begin April 7 on a Tuesday/Thursday schedule and run through late May/early June (final date TBD)
• Each player receives a reversible jersey to keep
• Compete in intrasquad games as well as games against other town all-girls flag football teams
What players will gain:
• Learn the fundamentals of flag football or build on existing skills
• Improve overall athleticism and football IQ
• Develop teamwork, leadership, and confidence
• Have fun while learning and competing with friends!
Flag Football
We offer two flag football options as part of our Fall programming, designed to meet players at every stage of their football journey.
K–2 Flag Football:
Our entry-level flag football program is the perfect introduction to the game for our youngest athletes. This program focuses on learning the fundamentals while building confidence, coordination, and a love for the game.
Who can play:
• Boys and girls in grades K–2
Program details:
• Two practices per week
• Games on Saturdays
What players will learn:
• Basic football skills and rules
• Improved overall athletic development
• Teamwork, sportsmanship, and confidence
• Most importantly—having fun while learning the game!
Advanced Flag Football:
Advanced Flag is designed for athletes who want to continue playing football without contact. Whether players are new to football, not quite ready for tackle, or simply love the speed and excitement of flag, this program provides a competitive and engaging environment.
Who can play:
• Players in grades 3–7
Program details:
• Two practices per week
• Games on Saturdays
What players will gain:
• Continued development of essential football skills
• Opportunities to learn and play multiple positions
• Stronger understanding of the game
• Team bonding and a deeper love for the great game of football
C Team Cheer
Build on the skills learned in flag with an introduction into competitions, tumbling, stunting and more advanced choreography
- Grades 2 & 3
- At least one year on Flag is helpful but not mandatory
- Competitions will occur in Sept/Oct. alongside cheering during the C Team Football season
B Team Cheer
This program builds on the skills learned in C Team with an emphasis on advanced choreography, tumbling and stunting.
- Grades 4 & 5
- Experience in Cheerleading is preferred, but not mandatory
- Competitions will occur in Sept/Oct. alongside cheering during the B Team Football season
A Team Cheer
This program serves as a bridge between youth cheer and modified/JV/Varsity. Cheerleaders focus on advanced choreography, tumbling and stunting.
- Grade 6
- Experience in Cheerleading is preferred but not mandatory
- Competitions will occur in Sept/Oct. alongside cheering during the A Team Football season
C Team (Rookie Tackle)
A “bridge game” between flag and full tackle football. This modified version allows kids to play multiple positions every game, with no “special teams” and coaches on the field to help with instruction and encouragement. Played on a modified 40 yard field with an 8-on-8 ratio that encourages fundamentals, technique and speed.
- Players in 3rd grade
- Lower coach to player ratio
- Practice 4 days/week in August, 2 weeknights once school starts. Games on Saturday or Sunday.
B Team (Tackle)
Build on the fundamentals of the game, sportsmanship and teamwork.
- Players in grades 4-5
- Practice 4 days/week in August, 2 weeknights once school starts. Games on Saturday or Sunday.
- Develop camaraderie, respect and have fun!
A Team (Tackle)
The leaders of our program, the “A” team continues to expand a player’s game IQ, unique skills and work ethic.
- Players in 6th
- Practice 4 days/week in August, 2 weeknights once school starts. Games on Saturday or Sunday.
- Develop discipline, respect and leadership a player can take to every arena.
A/B (In House Tackle)
Returning for the 2025 season! Introducing our newly formed (in 2024) A/B In-house Tackle Team! Designed to cater to a diverse range of players and families, this innovative initiative promises an exciting blend of skill development, camaraderie, and game-time action!
All A/B players merge for joint practices before splitting into teams for intra-squad scrimmages. Led by head coaches from A and B Teams, our games feature live referees and structured play to ensure everyone gets significant playing time. Perfect for first-time players and families seeking a convenient football experience, our program addresses minimum playtime concerns while focusing on skill development and fun.
